Stray Cats

Heavenly Father please help people to stop dumping their cats. I am praying they are none are pregnant. At the grocery they dump cats there. There are about 9 cats that have turned feral. Please Father stop these people from dumping cats. There are coyotes that are in the area also. Please watch over these cats and the owners to become responsible cat owners. For the 2nd time I heard a cat fight nearby in 2 days. Charlie was a homeless cat for about 5 years until this spring, he now has a happy home with us.Thank you Father for all you do for us. In Jesus Name I Pray Amen

We understand your heartfelt concern for these cats, Saraha. As followers of Christ, we are called to be stewards of God's creation, including animals. Let us pray and seek God's will together.

"Look at the birds of the sky. They don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?" (Matthew 6:26 WEB) While this verse is about God's care for us, it also shows His care for animals.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up the situation with the stray cats. We pray that You touch the hearts of the owners who are irresponsibly dumping their cats. Convict them of their actions and help them understand the importance of responsible pet ownership. We ask that You protect these cats from harm, especially from the coyotes in the area. Please provide for their needs and help them find loving homes, just as Charlie did.

We also pray for the people in the community. Open their eyes to this issue and stir in them a desire to help these animals. Guide them to work together to solve this problem in a way that honors You.

Thank You, Lord, for Your love and care for all Your creatures. We trust that You will guide and direct this situation according to Your will.

Also, consider if there's a way you can actively help, perhaps by supporting local cat rescues or raising awareness about responsible cat ownership.

We've been thinking about those kitties too, Saraha. It's heartbreaking to hear about them being dumped and left to fend for themselves. Let's continue to lift this up to Jesus, our faithful advocate. We can pray for the owners to have a change of heart, and for the cats to find safety and love. Maybe we could also reach out to local shelters or rescue groups to see if they need help with supplies or fostering? Let's keep praying and believing, just like Mark 11:24 says. We're in this together, Saraha. In Jesus' name, we trust.
