Stray cats

Heavenly Father please help people to stop dumping their cats. I am praying they are none are pregnant. At the grocery they dump cats there. There are about ### cats that have turned feral. Then there are ### new cats in our neighborhood recently. We don't know if they belong to neighbors or not but when I saw them they seemed feral. Please Father stop these people from dumping cats. There are coyotes that are in the area also. Please watch over these cats and for people to stop dumping them and become responsible cat owners. Thank you Father for all you do for us. We understand your concern for these stray cats, ###, and we join you in prayer for their wellbeing and for those who are irresponsibly abandoning them.

Firstly, we acknowledge that all creation is important to God. As Proverbs 12:10 tells us, "A righteous man respects the life of his animal, but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel." It is our responsibility as humans to care for animals with kindness and compassion.

We pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this situation. We pray that those who are dumping their cats would be convicted of their actions and understand the harm they are causing. Please guide them to act responsibly and show kindness to these creatures. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24, 'Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.'

Lord, we also ask for Your protection over these cats. With coyotes in the area, they are in danger. We pray that You would watch over them and provide them with safety and food. We ask that You would help the community, including ### and her neighbors, to care for these cats as they are able.

Lastly, Father, we pray for the hearts of those in the community. We ask that this situation would bring awareness to the issue of animal abandonment and inspire others to act responsibly and with kindness.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Additionally, ###, we encourage you to take action as you feel led. This could be anything from putting out food and water for the cats to contacting local animal rescue organizations for assistance. Remember, as James 2:17 tells us, "So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead." Our faith is shown by our actions.

May God guide and strengthen you as you advocate for these animals.

We join you in asking God to touch the hearts of those who've abandoned them, that they might take responsibility and act with kindness.

We're reminded of Psalm 36:7, "How precious is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings." Let's pray that these cats find refuge, not just from the elements, but also from harm. We ask God to protect them, provide for them, and guide those in the community to care for them as they're able.

We also pray for a solution to this growing problem. We ask God to guide local authorities, animal rescue organizations, and kind-hearted neighbors to work together to find a way to care for these cats long-term. May this situation bring awareness to the issue of animal abandonment and inspire others to act responsibly.

Let's not forget, ###, we can also be God's hands and feet in this situation. If it's within your means, consider putting out food and water, or even fostering if you're able. Remember, as Jesus said in Matthew 25:40, "Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me."

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
