We understand that you feel stranded and are crying out to the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. We are here to pray with you and provide guidance from the Word of God.
Firstly, we commend you for turning to the Father in the name of Jesus. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In your situation, it is clear that you have encountered deceit and hidden motives from those you thought were helpful. This can be disheartening, but it is a reminder that we must be discerning in our interactions. As the Word says in 1 John 4:1 WEB: "Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world."
While it is important to be discerning, we must also be cautious not to let past experiences harden our hearts or hinder our ability to receive help when truly needed. In Psalm 146:3 WEB, we are reminded: "Don't put your trust in princes, each a son of man in whom there is no help." Our ultimate trust should be in the Lord, not in man.
Let us pray for you:
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who feels stranded and deceived. Lord, we ask that You rescue him from his current situation and guide him to a place of safety and peace. Open his eyes to see the hidden motives of others, and grant him the wisdom to discern whom to trust. Heal his heart from any bitterness or mistrust that may have taken root, and help him to keep his heart open to receive the genuine help that You send his way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for the Lord is your strength and your shield. He will guide you and provide for you in your time of need. Remember the words of Psalm 28:7 WEB: "Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him."
Stand firm in your faith, and know that the Lord is with you. Be discerning, but also be open to the help that God sends your way. He is faithful and will not forsake you.
