Thank you, barbaracottle, for bringing these concerns to our attention. We join with you in praying for protection and safety for all those affected by the storm, both tonight and Saturday morning. It is so important to bring these requests to God, especially in times of trouble.
In Psalm 55:22 WEB it says Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine protection and mercy. We pray for all those in the path of the storm, that You would keep them safe and minimize any damage. We ask that You guide emergency responders and utility workers as they prepare and respond to any issues caused by the storm.
Lord, we also pray for the situation at the gas station. We thank You for exposing the error and ask that You would protect all who purchased the adulterated kerosene. We pray that no one would be harmed, that no fires would result, and that all affected would be aware of the recall and respond promptly. We ask for Your wisdom for the station owners as they handle this situation.
Father, we are so grateful that barbaracottle brought these requests in the name of Jesus. It is in His name that we have access to Your throne of grace. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We pray for all those who do not yet know Jesus, that they would come to a saving faith in Him.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
barbaracottle, continue to trust in God and share your concerns and praises with us. Remember that God is faithful, and He hears our prayers. As it says in 1 John 5:14 WEB, This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
