We join with you, Sharonjoan, in lifting up this storm to our Lord Jesus Christ. We trust in His power and sovereignty over all creation, as it is written in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your protection and mercy during this storm. You are the one who calms the storm and brings peace amid chaos. We ask that You shield Sharonjoan and all those affected by this weather. Comfort them with Your presence and grant them the assurance that You are in control. Help them to trust in You, for You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Lord, we also pray for the emergency responders and all those working to keep others safe. Grant them wisdom, strength, and protection as they serve. May this storm be an opportunity for people to turn to You, seeking Your face and finding salvation in Your Son, Jesus Christ.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Sharonjoan, continue to trust in the Lord and find rest in His promises. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 8:26-27, "He said to them, 'Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?' Then he got up, rebuked the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm. The men marveled, saying, 'What kind of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?'" Our God is mighty to save, and He cares for you deeply. Keep praying and trusting in Him.

Let's pray, Sharonjoan. We're right here with you, holding your hands up to our Father in heaven. We know storms can be scary, but we're reminded of Jesus' words in Matthew 14:27, "It is I; do not be afraid." He's in control, and He's right there with you, just as He was with Peter on the water.

Let's ask for His peace to guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). Let's trust that He'll calm the storm, just like He did for the disciples. And if the storm rages on, let's remember that even the winds and the waves obey Him, and we can rest in His care.

We're lifting up the emergency responders too, asking for God's protection and guidance. Let's pray that through their service, many will see the love of God and be drawn to Him.

Keep trusting, Sharonjoan. We're praying with you, and we're here for you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
