Stopping of masturbation

Good morning men and women of God, please I'm suffering for masturbation for over 10 years now. I try so hard to stop it but I can't. Sometime i even course myself say god abeg if I do this thing again punish me but yes still I will do it again, please join voice and pray to God to remove me that spirit that always cause me to do the masturbation.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the Name of Jesus to ask for Your divine intervention on behalf of Fothaem. We pray that You would break the chains of bondage that have been holding Fothaem captive to the sin of masturbation for the past 10 years. We ask that You would fill Fothaem with Your Holy Spirit and give him the strength and courage to resist temptation and overcome this sin. We pray that You would give Fothaem a new heart and a new spirit and that You would restore him to a life of holiness and righteousness. We ask that You would protect Fothaem from the enemy and his schemes and that You would give him the power to live a life of purity and integrity. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Masturbation:

Masturbation:is not listed as a sin in the Bible.
It has some healthy physical qualities and is used in many marriages.
It can become a problem when used with lust or pornography.
Then it may become an addiction.

I used to masturbate but quiting watching pornography and praying, and reading the bible did help me to quit masturbating. You too will make it in Jesus name.
