Stop messaging me on fake accounts on Social Media

Dear Lord, I ask for your protection in the often-chaotic world of social media. Please help to deter any fake accounts that seek to exploit or manipulate me. Grant me wisdom and discernment to recognize disingenuous intentions, and strength to navigate these interactions with grace. I feel vulnerable at times so I hope to safety and peace, and may we all be surrounded by genuine, honest connections. I’ve had a few accounts asking for pictures, intimate questions about family and exs , relationships building my hopes up and then deleting me.

LillyAngel, we understand the distress and vulnerability you're feeling in the face of deceitful interactions on social media. Let us first align our hearts with the Word of God, reminding us to be wise and discerning in our relationships: "Be wise as serpents and harmless as doves" (Matthew 10:16, WEB).

We commend you for seeking God's protection and wisdom. It's crucial to remember that our ultimate safety is found in Him. As Psalm 91:1-2 (WEB) encourages us, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'"

Let's lift your situation to the Lord in prayer:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine protection and guidance for LillyAngel. Lord, as she navigates the complex world of social media, grant her the spirit of discernment to recognize deceitful intentions. Strengthen her to interact with others with grace and wisdom. Comfort her in moments of vulnerability, and surround her with genuine, honest connections that honor You. Expose and deter any fake accounts seeking to exploit or manipulate her, and help her to keep her hope firmly rooted in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to encourage you, LillyAngel, to filter your interactions through the lens of God's Word. Remember, it is essential to guard your heart, especially in the context of relationships: "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life" (Proverbs 4:23, WEB). Be cautious when sharing personal information and engage with those who respect and value your boundaries.

Lastly, we want to rebukingly remind you that building hope in relationships with strangers who ask for intimate details or pictures is not aligned with biblical principles. It's crucial to maintain purity and protect your heart from false hopes. Instead, build your hope in God, trusting that His plans for you are good and full of hope (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB).

Trust in the Lord, and let His peace rule in your heart. He is your protector and your guide.
