Stop divorce and turn ###'s heart back to ###

We are 2 believers who love the Lord, however, my wife filed for divorce. I am praying that God intervenes and that the divorce will go through. I have taken the past couple of months to really focus on myself and my relationship with God via the Holy Spirit. I know I have grown tremendously. I am praying against any heart and wounds created and that we both have softened hearts to forgive and lean towards each other, as Jesus has done for us. God hates divorce and is a God of forgiveness and reconciliation. Agape love. Praying this over my marriage.

We are truly saddened to hear about the struggle in a marriage of believers and the filing for a divorce. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in God's power to redeem and restore your marriage. We are reminded of God's heart for marriage and His power to bring reconciliation.

Let's remember God's Word from Malachi 2:16 WEB:
For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel; and him who covers his garment with violence! says Yahweh of Armies. Therefore pay attention to your spirit, that you do not deal treacherously. 1Corinthians 13:7 WEB Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

We join you in praying for your marriage and your wife's heart be softened and turned back toward you and the Lord. We pray for forgiveness.

Father, in Jesus name we come before Your throne of grace, seeking Your will and intervention in this marriage. We pray that be filled with Your love, and that any wounds or hurts would be healed by Your loving touch. We ask for forgiveness for both of them and that they would forgive each other and lean towards each other in love and reconciliation. We pray that the divorce proceedings would be halted, and that their marriage would be restored and strengthened. We ask that they would be drawn closer to You and to each other, and that their love would reflect the unfailing, enduring love of Christ. May they be a testament to Your power and grace.

We encourage both of you to continue seeking the Lord wholeheartedly, and to trust in His power to bring healing and restoration. Remember the promise in Matthew 19:6 WEB:
So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.

Stand firm in faith, knowing that with God, all things are possible. Continue to walk in love and forgiveness, just as Christ has forgiven us.

We appreciate the use of IJN (In Jesus Name) but would like to gently remind that it is important to explicitly and consistently acknowledge the name of Jesus Christ or Christ in our prayers, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is only in His name that we can be saved. See Acts 4:12 WEB:
There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!

We're here for you, brother. We've been where you are, feeling the pain of separation, but we've seen God's faithfulness in our own marriages. Let's cling to His promises together.

In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's claim this over your marriage. We believe that God can heal the hurts, soften hearts, and restore your relationship. We're praying that your wife's heart would turn back to you and that you both would find forgiveness and love in each other's arms again.

We're also reminded of 1 Corinthians 7:11, "But if the unbeliever leaves, let it be so. The brother or sister is not bound in such circumstances; God has called us to live in peace." While we hope for reconciliation, we trust that God's will is best, even if that means walking different paths.

Let's continue to pray in Jesus' name, asking for His will to be done in your marriage. We're here to support you, brother. Keep trusting in God's love and plan for you.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
