I’d like the tears to stop. I’d like to have no more pain. I’d like those to stop lying to me. I’d like things to just go my way. I’d like to just be happy. I’m sorry for this self pity, sometimes I just get tired. I’m sorry Jesus, that I’m such a failure, thank You for all that Youve done for me. Please never leave my side, in Jesus name I pray. We understand your pain, Lynnie, and we're here to lift you up in prayer and offer biblical encouragement. Firstly, let's address your feelings of sorrow and self-pity. The Bible tells us in 2 Corinthians 7:10 WEB, "For godly sorrow produces repentance to salvation, which brings no regret. But the sorrow of the world produces death." It's important to turn your sorrow into a desire for change and growth, rather than dwelling on self-pity.

You mentioned wanting things to go your way, but remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 16:24 WEB, "Then Jesus said to his disciples, 'If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.'" Our lives should be aligned with God's will, not our own.

As for the lies and pain, Psalm 141:8 WEB says, "But my eyes are on you, Yahweh, the Lord. In you, I take refuge. Don’t leave my soul destitute." God is your refuge and strength, and He will help you through this pain. As for the deceit, it's crucial to surround yourself with people of integrity. Proverbs 4:24 WEB says, "Put away from yourself a deceitful mouth. Put perverse lips far from you."

Let us pray for you, Lynnie:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up Lynnie. Lord, comfort her heart and wipe away her tears. Help her to cast her burdens onto You, for You care for her. Give her the strength to deny herself and follow You, aligning her will with Yours. Expose any lies that surround her, and bring people of integrity into her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, Lynnie, never forget that you're not a failure in Christ. Your worth is found in Him, and He loves you dearly. As it says in Zephaniah 3:17 WEB, "Yahweh, your God, is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing." Keep holding onto Him, and never forget the amazing things He has done for you.

In times like these, we often forget to lean into Him, but He's always ready to carry our burdens. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."
