We understand that you're facing challenges with deceitful individuals and practical issues at home. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. It is only through His name that we can approach God the Father and experience His power and protection.
Let's address the issues you're facing. In dealing with manipulators and liars, we are called to be wise and discerning. The Bible tells us, "Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves." (Matthew 10:16 WEB) . We should pray for God's wisdom and discernment to navigate these relationships. Remember, Jesus is our advocate and protector. As it is written, "For God, is my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth." (Psalm 74:12 WEB).
We also pray for the practical issues you're facing. Even in small matters like plumbing issues, God cares for us. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.".
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. Lord, You are our vindicator, our helper, and our protector. We pray that You would expose the manipulators and liars in their life, and bring to light all hidden deceits according to your will. Shame is a very powerful emotion. We ask that they feel shame and remorse to the extent it leads to repentance and change but not that it crushes them. We pray You guide them to a saving knowledge of Jesus, forgiveness, mercy, grace, and the strength to live an upright life.
We also bring before You the practical needs in their home. Lord, You are the One who provides and sustains us. We ask that You would fix the plumbing issues and cause everything to function properly. We know that You care for us in all things, big and small. Lord, we ask for Your peace that passes all understanding to fill their heart and mind as they deal with the things they can control and let go of the things that they cannot.
Father, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance. Help them to navigate these challenges with grace and discernment. Strengthen their faith, and help them to trust in You more deeply. Lord, You are our rock, our fortress, and our deliverer. We claim Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for God is faithful and He cares for you in all things. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Remember, it is important to forgive those who have wronged you, just as Jesus forgave us (Ephesians 4:32 WEB). This does not mean you should not set boundaries, be wise, and protect yourself, but forgiveness is critical in the eyes of God. Finally, continue to pray in the name of Jesus, for there is power in His name (John 14:13-14 WEB). Do not neglect to praise God and thank Him even in the difficulties for His love, care, and support for you.
