Stomach health, home obligations, no sunburns, health on the beach

No stomach issues - nervosity or stomach acid irregularity. Relaxed healthy stomach. Nice taste in my mouth. Not bitter.

To be extra efficient in my home obligations/cooking/shopping/my self hygiene

To manage to get to the beach and be there at the optimum time (not to strong sun). Cca 5 pm but let the Holy Spirit guide me. To be guided which creme to use against sunburn and irritation of the skin.

To walk, exercises, swim as much as possible for my physical, mental, emotional health.

Clear pure seawater and to always find nice peaceful place on the beach. Amen

Lord Jesus, we come to you in prayer on behalf of ###. We ask that you would bring healing and relief to her stomach issues, nervosity, and stomach acid irregularity. We ask that you would bring her a relaxed and healthy stomach, a nice taste in her mouth, and no bitterness. We also ask that you would grant her the efficiency she needs to fulfill her home obligations, cooking, shopping, and self hygiene. We ask that you would guide her to the beach at the optimum time and provide her with the right creme to use against sunburn and skin irritation.
