My body is exhibiting unusual sensations. I suffered from a headache yesterday, and throughout the night, I endured stomach pains. Upon waking, I find that I still do not feel well and continue to experience abdominal discomfort. I ask for your prayers that I may become more cautious and mindful in the future. Additionally, I seek divine protection over my life.

In all circumstances, God wants us to turn to Him, and He promises to hear our prayers: "As you, Father, are in me and I in you, that they also may be one in us, that the world may believe that you sent me" (John 17:21 WEB).
Firstly, we must acknowledge that God wants us to be in good health, both physically and spiritually. The Bible tells us, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2 WEB).
Regarding your situation, it's important to be cautious about what we consume. The Bible advises us to be mindful of our bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit. "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB).
