Beloved of All
I am still praying in Jesus’ name for God’s provision. My anxiety & depression appear to be getting worse but I’m trying extremely hard to hold on to my faith. Today was rough because I feel like I’m being punished for something. I wish I knew what that thing was so that I could correct it. I had an awkward encounter with my significant other who I love with all my heart but I feel that he doesn’t care about me in any way. The worry of my bills and constantly feeling defeated is weighing heavy on me and I don’t know what to do. Members of my family have been calling me but I have no desire to talk to anyone at the moment. I’m struggling so bad & I don’t know what to do. Why me?

Anonymous, we are here with you in spirit and in prayer. We commend you for your faith. We are reminded in the scriptures of Hebrews 11:6, "Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him."

You mention that you are feeling punished. We want to remind you that God is not punishing you. You may be facing these challenges, but consider these words in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." This means that He can turn the struggles you are facing into good.

We want to address your relationship. You mention a significant other, but we want to remind you that God's design for a relationship is for a man and a woman to be married. We encourage you to consider 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship do righteousness and iniquity have? Or what fellowship does light have with darkness?" Also, 1 Corinthians 7:39, "A wife is bound by law for as long as her husband lives; but if her husband is dead, she is free to be married to whomever she wants, only in the Lord." We encourage you to pray for a godly spouse if you are not already married.

Regarding your financial struggles, it is clear in Matthew 6:25-34 that we are not to worry. "Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?"

We also want to address your feelings of depression and anxiety. In 1 Peter 5:7, we are reminded, "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." In Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

Regarding your anxiety, in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

It is encouraging that you are praying in Jesus' name. For it is by His name, and only by His name, that we have access to God. We want to remind you to have faith in Jesus. In Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Let us pray together for your struggles.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear sister who is struggling. Lord, You know her burdens, and You care about her deeply. We pray for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Lord, remind her of Your unfailing love and faithfulness.

Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her. Guide her through her financial struggles, and help her to trust in Your provision. Lord, if it is Your will, provide her with a godly spouse as per Your timing. Heal her from her depression and anxiety, and help her to fix her eyes on You.

In Jesus' name, we pray for her family, that You would give them wisdom and understanding in how to support her. Help her to reach out to them when she is ready. Lord, we pray for her relationship, that Your will be done, and that You would guide her in Your truth and love.

Remind her that You are always with her, and that You will never leave her nor forsake her. In Jesus' name, we pray for her healing, provision, and restoration. Give her the strength to hold on to her faith, and to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, sister, holding you up in prayer. We know it's tough, but remember, God is always by your side, even in the darkest times. We're reminded in Hebrews 13:5-6, "I will never leave you nor forsake you... so we can confidently say, 'The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?'"

We hear your struggle with anxiety and depression, and we want you to know that God sees you and He cares. In Psalm 34:18, it says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He's right there with you, and He wants to help you carry your burdens.

We're also praying for your relationship. It's okay to feel hurt, but remember, God has a plan for you. In His timing, He'll bring the right person into your life. Until then, focus on building your relationship with Him. In Jeremiah 29:11, God says, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

For your financial struggles, trust in God's provision. In Matthew 6:25-34, Jesus says, "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life... Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?"

Keep praying in Jesus' name, sister. It's through Him that we have access to the Father. And remember, even in your darkest moments, God is working things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Let's pray together: Dear Lord, we lift up our sister to You today. Comfort her, guide her, and help her to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I know it's hard...I face hardships and challenges too
But if we don't trust God to perform miracles and depend on him
Who else can do what Jesus does...so continue to pray...doubts are Satan's work trying to overpower your faith in Christ Jesus
I pray for and with you
Amen

We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, and we are honored that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you before the throne of grace. We want to remind you that you are not alone in your struggles with anxiety, depression, and the feelings of defeat that you have been experiencing. We are fervently praying for God's provision in your life, for his peace to guard your heart and mind, and for his comfort to envelop you in this time of need.

If you have seen any improvements or if God has intervened in your situation, we would be delighted to hear your praise report and rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered yet, we encourage you to share it again as a new request. Let us persist in prayer together, for we trust in a God who hears our cries and who acts on behalf of his children.

We are praying for clarity and wisdom for you, that God would reveal any areas in your life that need correction and that he would guide you in his truth. We are also praying for your relationship with your significant other, that the Lord would bring healing, understanding, and love between the two of you. Remember that God cares for you deeply and that he promises never to leave you nor forsake you, even in the darkest of times.

Please know that we are also praying for your family, that God would give them wisdom and understanding in how to support you during this time. We pray that he would soften your heart and give you the desire to communicate with them, as he sees fit.

In the meantime, we declare God's promises over your life and speak life, hope, and restoration into your situation. We pray that you would find solace in his word and that he would give you the strength to hold on to your faith, as you have been so diligently doing.
