We stand with you, Ganerque, in praying for your wife, Priscilla, and your sons, Christopher, Michael, John, and Dennis. We understand the deep pain and longing for reconciliation that you are experiencing, and we lift up your family to the Lord, trusting in His power to heal and restore.
Firstly, we commend you for your continued love and commitment to your wife even after 38 years of marriage. This reflects the unconditional love that God has for us, as husbands are called to love their wives just as Christ loved the church (Ephesians 5:25, WEB).
Let us pray:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Ganerque and his family. Lord, we ask for Your healing power to soften the hearts of Priscilla, Christopher, Michael, John, and Dennis. We pray that You would heal their minds and bring them to a place of forgiveness and restoration. We stand against divorce, Lord, as we know that You desire families to be whole and united (Malachi 2:16, WEB). We ask that You would draw Priscilla and Ganerque back together, strengthening their marriage and deepening their love for one another.*
*Lord, we also lift up the extended family - the in-laws, daughter-in-law, and her family, as well as Priscilla's family. We pray that they would all come to know You, Jesus, as their Lord and Savior, and that they would walk in the light and follow the path of righteousness (Psalm 23:3, WEB). We ask that You would bless this family, Father, and draw them all closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
In this trying time, remember the promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."* Trust that God is working in the hearts of your loved ones, and continue to be a testimony of His love and faithfulness.
Lastly, we encourage you to keep praying and believing, Ganerque. Your faithfulness is evident, and we trust that the Lord will honor your prayers. As it says in James 5:16 (WEB), *"Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."*
