We understand that you are facing significant financial difficulties, both personally and in your business.
Firstly, let us address thanking you for calling on the name of Jesus, for it is written in WEB Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" and also in John 14:16 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father for blessings and to present our requests, issues and concerns and also it is only by the name of Jesus that we have salvation. In the future, you may want to continue to acknowledge this fact when seeking God.
In the WEB Bible we are told not to be bound together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? What communion has light with darkness. Also, Be diligent to know the state of your flocks, And attend to your herds; For riches are not forever, Nor does even the crown endure to generation after generation. And we are to not be weary in well doing, for we will reap a harvest if we faint not. Finally, we are reminded in Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.
We see that you have placed all your money into your company and are now facing potential bankruptcy. It is important to trust in God's provision and timing, as we are reminded in Matthew 6:25-34. Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not the life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Jesus explains the birds of the air don’t sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much better than they? Which of you by being anxious can add one cubit to his height? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They do not toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. WEB
It is important to pray for wisdom and guidance in your discussions with Joe and in all your business dealings. Be diligent to know the state of you business and act accordingly. We must consider that God will supply all our needs according to his riches in glory by Jesus Christ. Also consider Luke 9:25 WEB: For what does it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses or forfeits his own self? And if you truly believe in Jesus Christ, and surrender your life to Him daily and are a follower of Him, you are guaranteed an inheritance. For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, "!" Then the Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God. This also means that we are heirs of this guaranteed inheritance for we are children of God having been saved by the blood Jesus shed when he was crucified for us. This occurring 2,000 years ago and dismissed by so many around us was for us and must drive us to tears out of gratitude and repentance of the sins weapons of lawlessness that nailed Jesus to the cross. As we continue to make up our daily walk in the way Jesus instructed us to follow, and as our faith increases, we are obedient to what Jesus instructed for the good news of Jesus Christ to be preached to every living soul for the unto the uttermost parts of the earth. and we will also inherit other promises in this life as well.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Taerinnen and their financial struggles. We ask for Your divine intervention in their business and personal life. Guide their discussions with Joe, and if it is Your will, let this deal come to fruition for the benefit of the company, Taerinnen, their family, and all their employees. We also ask for biblical wisdom and financial guidance for your son as you guide him to a solution for this issue. As well as strength and peace during this challenging time. Empower him to continue to follow you and the plan you have for his as he waits for your solution for his struggles. Help Taerinnen draw closer to you to continue to be guided by you through this chapter of their life and in the future until the day Jesus returns. In Jesus' name. Amen.
