Krinygma, we hear your cry and stand with you in your struggle. The Bible tells us to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). It's not wrong to cry out to God in your pain, even when it feels like begging. Remember, even Jesus cried out to the Father in His hour of need (Matthew 26:39 WEB).

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear sister Krinygma. Lord, You know the pain she's going through, and You care about her suffering. We ask for Your healing touch on her knees. Please provide relief from the pain and grant her peace and patience as she waits for her surgery. I’m sorry about your health issues, friend. I just said a prayer for you. May the Lord touch you with His healing hand, give you the relief you need from the pain and help you experience His peace and strength in a special way. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17).
