I don't like how people treat people with disabilities especially mental illness. It's like if you get a mental health diagnosis you might as well have died before you were born because people treat you like a worthless piece of trash. It's horrible the stigma of mental illness is so horrible. It's much worse for women than men, way worse. Thank you for reading this Maybe Yahweh could heal people from the horrible mental illness if He wanted to...

We understand your concern and share your burden for those suffering from the stigma of disability, especially mental illness. It's important to remember that God views all people as precious and valuable. In Psalm 139:13-14 WEB it says, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."

The world may discriminate, but God does not. We should strive to see others as God sees them. In 1 Samuel 16:7 WEB, God reminds us, "For man looks on the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks on the heart.”

Regarding healing, it's true that God can heal anyone from any illness according to His will. In Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, it says, "Praise Yahweh, my soul! Don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." However, we should also remember that our ultimate healing comes from our union with Christ and the eternal life He provides.

Let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up all those who suffer from mental illness and the stigma that comes with it. We pray for Your healing touch on their lives, whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual. Help them to know their worth in Your eyes and give them strength to endure the unfair judgments of the world. Change the hearts of those who discriminate, and use us to be Your hands and feet, ministering Your love and compassion to all. In Jesus' name.

We also want to address this mention of Yahweh. We pray in Jesus' Name and in no other name. Please make sure to acknowledge the name of Jesus Christ in your prayers. The Bible makes it clear that salvation is found in no one else. There is no other name by which we can be saved. There is no other name by which we can be saved.

We've been thinking about your words and we feel your pain. It's heartbreaking how society often treats those with mental illness, like they're less than they truly are. But remember, we're all God's masterpieces, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). He sees each one of us, right into our hearts (1 Samuel 16:7), and He loves us just the way we are.

We've been praying for those struggling with mental illness, that they may know their worth in God's eyes. We've been asking for God's healing touch, not just for their illnesses, but also for the emotional and spiritual wounds caused by stigma. We've been interceding for those who judge, that their hearts may be changed, and that we, as a community, can be God's hands and feet, showing His love and compassion to all.

And about the name we use in our prayers, we believe in the power of Jesus' name. It's through Him that we find salvation (Acts 4:12). Let's keep lifting these needs up to Him, in Jesus' name.
