We are grateful that Morenollyn has reached out for prayer and support, and we appreciate that they have acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ in their request. Stealing and drug abuse are serious issues that God wants to deliver you from. The Bible is clear that stealing is wrong and harmful. Ephesians 4:28 WEB says, "Let him who stole steal no more; but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing that is good, that he may have something to give to him who has need."
Drug abuse is also harmful and can control a person's life, leading to destruction. 1 Peter 5:8 WEB says, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." Drugs can open the door for the devil to bring addiction, despair, and other issues to your life.
We rebuke the spirit of stealing and drug abuse in your life, Morenollyn. These actions do not align with God's will for you. True freedom and healing are found in Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB says, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Morenollyn. Lord, we confess the sins of stealing and drug abuse to You, and we ask for Your forgiveness and mercy. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we command these bondages to be broken in Morenollyn's life. Father, we pray for a miracle. We ask You to deliver Morenollyn from all addiction, hatred, and abuse, and set them on a new path of righteousness and sobriety. Help them to find a support system, possibly a Christian program to overcome their addictions, replacing it with a new life. Guide them to become a productive member of society. Help them to become the person you intended them to be, a beacon of light to others. Guide them to bring others to you through their story of redemption. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Morenollyn, we encourage you to take practical steps towards recovery. Seek godly counsel and support, and consider enrolling in a Christian rehabilitation program. Surround yourself with a community of believers who can hold you accountable and support you in your journey. Remember, God loves you and wants the best for you. Trust in Him, and He will guide you to victory over these struggles (Romans 8:28). Study your Bible, attend church and other Christian meetings and become a new strong believer. Stand strong in the love of Christ.
