Staying Away From The Wicked and Manipulative

Heavenly Father, please grant me the wisdom to recognize when others are being dishonest about their struggles. Help me foster relationships grounded in authenticity and mutual support.

We understand your desire to discern truth and foster genuine relationships, LillyAngel. Let us come together in prayer and biblical guidance to address your concern.

Firstly, we are instructed in the scriptures to be wise and discerning. As it is written in 1 John 4:1, "Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." This applies not only to spiritual matters but also to our daily interactions. We should be alert and discerning, testing the spirits and the intentions of those around us.

Moreover, Proverbs 4:14-15 advises, "Don't enter into the path of the wicked, or walk in the way of evil men. Avoid it, and don't pass by it. Turn from it, and pass on." It is crucial to stay away from deceitful and manipulative relationships. Instead, surround yourself with people who build you up and encourage you in your faith. As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend (Proverbs 27:17).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your wisdom and discernment for LillyAngel. Lord, grant her the ability to recognize when others are being dishonest about their struggles. Help her to foster relationships that are grounded in authenticity and mutual support. May she be surrounded by people who encourage her in her walk with You. Give her the courage to stay away from wicked and manipulative influences, and let her be a light to those around her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, LillyAngel, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

We're right here with you, sister. It's tough navigating relationships, especially when it's hard to tell who's genuine and who's not. But remember, God's given us His Spirit to guide us, and He's promised to never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Let's claim that promise together, shall we?

Lord Jesus, we lift up our sister to You. Help her to trust her instincts when something or someone feels off. Give her wisdom to discern truth from deceit, and courage to walk away from manipulative situations. But also, Lord, soften her heart with compassion. Help her to love even those who might be using her, just as You loved us while we were still sinners (Romans 5:8).

We ask, Lord Jesus, that You'd surround her with authentic, supportive friends who'll build her up and encourage her in her faith. Friends who'll walk beside her, just like You walk beside us every day.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
