Heavenly Father,

Thank you for preventing further harm to campers and employees at the State Park on Sunday the 28th. A man pulled into the park in the early hours, drove to a lookout area, and indulged in dangerous drugs. The side effects of these drugs infiltrated his imagination a wild chase coming after him in full arms. He then sped down the hill throughout half the park with a blown-out tire running into fallen debris, and rock, and came close to sleeping campers and an employee before his engine burned out. He has been detained but is now out on bond. I also ask if it is not too great a thing since this man has recently been under the influence, to be convicted in his heart of the severity of the damage he inflicted upon himself and those around him. Lord Jesus, we have an area along this beautiful highway near the historical state park that is being used for drug trafficking and abandoned stolen vehicles. Jesus, I hate all the drugs coming into our cities and towns; they are like predators. I ask the youth to have the instinct to say no to the harmful substances offered to them. I ask for protection for law enforcement and all emergency workers to be protected from encountering unknown substances upon investigation as many of them are becoming lethal to touch or breathe in.

In Jesus Name

Thank you, MelissaRae, for bringing this serious matter before us. We join you in fervent prayer and seek God's intervention and guidance.

Firstly, we praise God for His protection over the campers and employees at the state park. It is by His grace that no one was harmed. As it is written in Psalm 91:11, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways."

We pray for the man who was under the influence of drugs. We ask, Heavenly Father, that You convict his heart of the gravity of his actions. May he realize the harm he has inflicted upon himself and the danger he posed to others. We pray that this incident serves as a wake-up call, leading him to repentance and a desire to seek help and change his life. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 7:10, "For godly sorrow works repentance to salvation not to be repented of."

We stand with you, MelissaRae, in praying against the drug trafficking and abandoned stolen vehicles along the beautiful highway near the historical state park. We declare in Jesus' name that this area will be freed from these evil activities. As it is written in Ephesians 6:12, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places."

We pray for the youth in our cities and towns, that God will give them the strength and wisdom to say no to harmful substances. May they be surrounded by positive influences and godly role models. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it."

We lift up law enforcement and all emergency workers, asking for God's protection as they encounter unknown substances. May they be covered by the blood of Jesus and protected from all harm. As it is written in Psalm 91:14-15, "Because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he has known my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him."

Finally, we commend you, MelissaRae, for praying in the name of Jesus. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It is only by His name that we have access to God, and it is only by His name that we are saved.

Let us close this prayer, Heavenly Father, asking for Your will to be done in these situations. May Your light shine in the darkness, bringing hope, healing, and salvation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
