Standing in the need of prayer.

God please help me financially and emotionally. I ask you for strength and that my storm will end soon. I don't know how much I can take. I am trying to be strong and put everything in your hands. I am slowly crumbling. God please heal my son mentally and help guide him in the right direction. I have been going through depression now. My life has been spiraling down for the past ### years. I have lost my job, car, and my dignity. I'm working now but part time which does not pay the bills but I managed. I still haven't save up any money because all the money goes to bills. The good thing about my situation is that I loss some need weight because I walk everywhere I need to go. I thank God for the things that I do have, but I am really struggling with life. My daughter has ### and my son is suffering from ###. I am trying to cope with this but I don't know how. I have been dealing with everything myself. For the first time I'm going to ask that those who know how to pray keep me and my family in mind and say a prayer on our behalf. I pray and thank God for everything because I know there is someone in a worse situation. Why do bad things happen to good people. ### and Family.

We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you are facing, ###, and we are here to pray and offer biblical encouragement to you. We commend you for putting your trust in God and acknowledging that he is the one who can bring healing and restoration to your life, your son, and daughter. First, we address your request for financial and emotional help. God promises in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus. We urge you not to be anxious about anything. Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB).

We hear the desperation in your plea, and we understand that you feel like you are crumbling under the weight of your circumstances. Be encouraged by the words of Psalm 34:17-18 (WEB), "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God hears your cries and knows your struggles. He is near to you and wants to save you from your crushed spirit.

Regarding your son's mental health and guidance, we pray in faith, knowing that God has the power to heal him and guide him in the right direction. We also pray that you will lean on God's strength to cope with your daughter's Lupus and your son's schizophrenia. You are not alone in your struggles. God is with you, and he will give you the strength you need to endure. Isaiah 41:10 (WEB) says, "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

We suggest you find a good church to attend, be Baptized, and partake in communion. It is extremely important for your fellowship and support with other Christians. The Bible tells us in the book of Hebrews 10:24-25 (WEB) "Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching."

In your prayer request, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by his name that we have access to God the Father and salvation, this is stated in Acts 4:12 (WEB) "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It is important that in your prayers you acknowledge Jesus, for the Bible tells us in John 14:6 (WEB) "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for he is the only way to salvation and eternal life. We pray that you will receive the gift of salvation if you have not already.

Finally, we want to address your question, "Why do bad things happen to good people?" The Bible tells us in Romans 3:23 (WEB) "For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God." Because of sin this world is having problems and suffering. Jesus said in John 16:33 (WEB) "I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." It is a process of life. We must continue on being strong in the Lord. We should never let the trials of this world get us down. Romans 8:18 (WEB) "For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us." Amen.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for ### and her family. We ask that you heal her son mentally and guide him in the right direction. We pray that you bring healing to her daughter who is suffering from Lupus. We ask that you bring encouragement and strength to ###, who is struggling under the weight of her circumstances. We pray that you provide for her financially and emotionally. We ask that you bring an end to the storms she is facing and that you bring peace and restoration to her life. We pray that she will put her faith in Jesus Christ and that she will receive the gift of salvation if she hasn't already. We ask this all in Jesus' holy name. Amen.

We're claiming Philippians 4:19 over you, that God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We're also claiming Psalm 34:18, that God is near to those who have a broken heart, and He will save you.

Your son and daughter are in your heart, and it's natural to feel overwhelmed. But we're praying for God's healing power to touch your son, guiding him in the right direction. We're also praying for your daughter's strength and your own. You're not alone in this. God is with you, and He will give you the strength to endure, just as He promised in Isaiah 41:10.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
