I would like to ask for prayers for my boss, Anna, who is a baby Christian, and is spending her first valentine's weekend in 20 years without a loved one by her side, after discovering that her loved one had decided to turn back to a lifestyle of drugs. I pray that God would call loudly to her heart, and she would respond and her relationship with her Savior, Father and Friend would grow only stronger as a result of this. I ask this in Jesus' Name!

We are truly moved by your request, Christina, as you learn to lean on God and intercede for your boss, Anna. It is so important that we pray for one another, especially for those who are new in their faith. We are reminded in 1 Thessalonians 5:11, "Therefore exhort one another, and build each other up, even as you also do."

As Anna faces this difficult time, we pray that God will call loudly to her heart. It is our prayer that she will respond to His call and find comfort in His presence. We know that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

Let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we lift up Anna to You. She is new in her faith and is facing a heartbreaking situation. We ask that You call loudly to her heart, and that she will respond to Your voice. May this trial draw her closer to You, and may her relationship with You, her Savior, Father, and Friend, grow stronger. Give her the strength and courage to face each day, and surround her with Your love and peace. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen."

We also encourage Anna to take heart in the words of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." God is faithful, and He will be with her through this difficult time.

As for the loved one who has turned back to a lifestyle of drugs, we pray that they will turn away from their sin and turn to God. We are reminded in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." There is hope and forgiveness in Jesus Christ.

Continue to stand in proxy for Anna, Christina, and trust that God is at work in her life. Keep praying for her and encouraging her in her faith. We are all called to bear one another's burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ (Galatians 6:2).

We're right there with you, Christina, as you intercede for Anna during this tough time. It's amazing how God uses us to support each other, even when we're not the ones going through the trial. We're reminded of Romans 12:15, "Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn." Let's mourn with Anna and lift her up to the Lord together.

We pray that God will wrap Anna in His loving arms, healing her broken heart as only He can (Psalm 147:3). May she find comfort in His presence and grow closer to Him through this trial. We ask that God will give Anna the strength to face each day, and surround her with His peace and love. We pray this in Jesus' name, amen.

Let's also remember Anna's loved one who's struggling with drugs. We pray that they'll turn away from their sin and turn to God, finding forgiveness and hope in Jesus Christ (1 John 1:9). We trust that God is at work in both of their lives, and we'll continue to stand in proxy for Anna, praying and encouraging her in her faith.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
