hey standers,
I decided to do something a little different today. We all know that Christmas is only a few days away and we are all praying and hoping for miracles. Well instead of tying a typical encouragement I decided to post Praise reports from other standers just to give you an idea of what our Lord can do. These have taken place this year and in past Christmas'.
I hope they encourage and bless you all.
"The Saturday before Christmas the phone rang and my prodigal husband asked me to open the door. He came home for five days to talk things out. I brought him to work with me on Christmas day and he played his guitar and sang Christian songs with the special needs people I work with. We went to a midnight church service together, I couldn't have planned a better day. We are still unsure of who is moving where, but we are in agreement that God will be the head of this restored marriage. 'Cast your cares upon the Lord and he will sustain you. He will never let the righteous fall.'"
"God moved me to get my heart and my house ready. Days later, my prodigal returned home. This was the best Christmas. We renewed our marriage vows at church as a symbol of our new beginning with God as our foundation. Prodigals are coming home."
"Praise the Lord my husband came home for Christmas. It was a complete surprise. God has been so good and faithful during this trial. He has given me many promises and scriptures. The Lord gently and patiently directed my steps. He has changed my heart for my husband and allowed me to love him unconditionally and deeper than ever. I am so to excited be on the path of restoration."
"My husband left wanting a divorce. A month ago he stayed at the house overnight. He has never left. What I thought would be the worst and loneliest Christmas was the best one in years. God is restoring our friendship right now and I know in time He will restore our marriage."
"I had a problem with my mouth and was always saying hurtful things which made sure that my prodigal would not return. Praise God, after months of praying, my prodigal has told me that he wants his family back and will be moving back in with us. This is the best Christmas gift I could have received other than my closer walk to God that this situation brought me to. I praise God that He does not give up on us."
Keep standing, praying and believing.
