Big things are happening in Jesus' Name! 
We understand your concern for justice and protection, Hranglani. Let's bring this matter before the Lord together.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a God of justice. As it is written in Psalm 103:6, "Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed." We can trust that He sees and cares about the circumstances that concern you.
However, it's important to clarify that while we should pray for justice, we should also pray for the hearts of those involved. Romans 3:23 tells us that "all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God." This includes both those on the register of donors and the sex-offenders. We should pray that they would come to know Christ's forgiveness and transforming power.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up this situation. We ask that You would bring justice where it is needed. We pray that the authorities would act wisely and appropriately, ensuring the safety of all involved. We also pray for the hearts of those who have committed wrong. Father, only You can change hearts and bring true repentance. We ask that they would come to know You and the forgiveness that is available through Jesus Christ. Help us to remember that vengeance is Yours, and You will repay (Romans 12:19). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, Hranglani, our ultimate hope is in the Lord. He is the one who can bring true justice and transformation. Keep your focus on Him and trust in His goodness. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
