Stairway to heaven.

What a beautiful sight to behold, just as Jacob did in the middle of travelling the world seeking a place to stay. An eternal home in heaven was shown to Him with a wonderful promise to his heart.

While Jacob was travelling one night he stayed at a place called Luz.
During the night he had a dream of a stairway reaching up to heaven.
Angels ascending and descending it.
A bridge that unites us between heaven and earth.
Above it stood the Lord:
Jesus Himself speaking to HIm.
I am the Lord the God of your father.
What a beautiful sight to see.
To feel the holy presence of Jesus.
To know that He is alive and waiting for you and for me.
This stairway to heaven may lie far beyond my soul.
But I can feel it, I can see it, I can touch the hand of the Master.
Not so far away from my heart.
Not out of our control.
When our heart is set on Jesus alone.
Beautiful things shall happen to all of us.
Let us all take the steps to travel,.
This far and distant way.

Jesus is the Door to enter in. He clearly said to us.... I am the Door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.
John 10.9

O Lord, let me enter this Door into Your holy presence, to abide and to live with You forever and ever.

At the end of our days we will be stepping up those stairs to enter heaven. Jesus at the end of it will welcome us in. Blessed be His holy name. All those wonderful promises will come to be true to our life. I am just waiting to see my dear Savior and Lord in glory.

Our eternal home is waiting for us. No one will be able to take away from us. Love the Lord with all your heart,mind and soul. Serve Him and continue to do His will. I am waiting to see Jesus face to face when I get there. Precious in the sight of the Lord are the death of His saints.
