Thank you, Christina, for reaching out and sharing your need with us. We are here to support you in prayer and to seek God's will together.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Jesus in Matthew 28:20, "Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen. It is wonderful that you acknowledged that the Lord is with you. We are also reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
As a group that believes in the power of prayer, we want to lift up your situation to the Lord. However, we want to remind you that our prayers should always be in the name of Jesus, as it is written in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Please keep this in mind as you seek the Lord's favor in your situation. Acts 4:12 (WEB) says "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Salvation is simple. It just takes a prayer of faith in Jesus Christ. All of us dive from the road of salvation and it takes a simple turn around at the crossroads of life and faith in Jesus Christ to be saved.
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister Christina Badillo. Lord, we thank You for Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. We know that You are with Christina even now, and we ask that You would grant her Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we ask for Your favor and grace upon Christina as she prepares for her SSI review appointment with Mrs. Turner. We know that governments also are in your control. We pray for Your will to be done in this situation, and if it is Your will, that Christina would continue to receive the support she needs.
Help Christina not to be consumed by anxiety but support her with Your Benevolent arms of comfort.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, Christina, remember that God cares for you and has a plan for your life. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. We advise to mention Jesus Christ when seeking God's support and favor. We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord's will in all things and to trust in His goodness and faithfulness.
We advise seeking the scriptures daily for comfort and strength. Consider this phrase "Jesus I need you" and see the help he provides. It is the humble relation to God through Jesus Christ that drives a faithful life.
