My spouse starts a new job Monday and I’ve never seen them so apprehensive. Please pray for peace for them and a fantastic start to a new life chapter. Spouse has been unemployed for a while and this opportunity seems like an answer to prayer and a good fit, but something is not right in spouse’s thoughts and spirit about it.

My child is not doing well at university. This has been an ongoing issue and there needs to be a great intervening from the Lord Jesus and a miraculous change in their situation, attitude, and engagement. As well as, possibly, their mental health.

My mom and her husband both had surgery recently and are recovering. (Her for cancer, him for abdominal issues.) However she may need chemotherapy after she heals from the operation and she doesn’t want that. Pray for Jehovah Rapha — the God Who Heals — to heal them both and bring her blessed news that she will not need chemo.

We appreciate your faith in seeking prayer for your family. Let's bring their needs before the Lord together.

Firstly, we rejoice with you for your spouse's new job opportunity. Indeed, this seems like an answer to prayer. However, let's address the apprehension they feel. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB) Let's pray that God grants them this peace and assurance.

**Prayer:** *Lord Jesus, thank You for this new job opportunity. Please replace the apprehension with excitement and peace. Help them to trust in You and Your plans. Guide them in this new chapter and let them feel Your presence. In Jesus' name.*

For your child struggling at university, we pray for a turnaround in their situation. Jesus can intervene miraculously, as He did for Jairus' daughter (Mark 5:21-43 WEB). We also pray for their mental health, that God would grant them a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).

**Prayer:** *Lord Jesus, we ask for Your intervention in this situation. Turn it around for the better. Change their attitude and engagement, and bring healing to their mental health. In Jesus' name.*

For your mother and her husband, we pray for Jehovah Rapha, the God Who Heals, to touch their bodies. We pray that your mother won't need chemotherapy, and that both of them recover fully. "O LORD my God, I cried to you, and you have healed me." (Psalm 30:2 WEB)

**Prayer:** *Lord Jesus, we ask for Your healing touch upon them. Comfort them in this time of recovery and bring complete restoration to their bodies. Remove any need for further treatments, in Jesus' name.*

Lastly, we noticed that you used 'Jehovah Rapha' in your request. We believe in the power of calling on the name of Jesus, as it is by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). We encourage you to call on His name and believe in His power to heal and transform situations.

**Prayer:** *Lord Jesus, we thank You for all that You're going to do in these lives. We trust in Your name, the name above all names. Bring peace, change, and healing to this family. In Jesus' name.*

Let's continue to trust in God's goodness and faithfulness. He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20 WEB).
