Spiteful Neighbours

Bullies who don't understand boundaries, I believe they are demonic. They burgled my house, were fined in Court, now I live with daily acts of spite and bullying. Please Jesus I need a safe peaceful home, I can't move due to lack of affordable housing in ###.

We understand the distress and fear that you're experiencing, ###, due to your neighbors' malicious behavior. It's important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). It's commendable that you've sought help from the authorities, and now let's turn to the higher authority, our Lord Jesus Christ.

Firstly, we notice that you haven't mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It's important to remember that it is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB) and "In that day you will ask in my name; and I don't say to you that I will pray to the Father for you, for the Father himself loves you, because you have loved me, and have believed that I came from God." (John 16:26-27 WEB)

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in ###'s life. Lord, You see the harassment and spite they are facing from their neighbors. We ask that You would bring conviction to these neighbors' hearts and reveal to them the error of their ways. Please protect ###'s home and bring peace to their living situation.

Lord Jesus, we know that You care about every detail of our lives, and we ask that You would provide ### with a safe, peaceful, and affordable place to live, according to Your will. Until then, Lord, grant ### the strength to endure, the courage to face each day, and the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We also pray that ### would forgive their neighbors, just as Jesus taught us to forgive our enemies (Matthew 6:14-15). Help ### to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

Lastly, we encourage you, ###, to continue praying and reading God's Word. Remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time. Stand firm in your faith, and do not be intimidated by the evil acts of others.
