Spiritual warfare

We understand that you're going through a spiritual battle, and we're here to stand with you in prayer. It's encouraging that you had a day of deep connection with God, and it's not surprising that the enemy is trying to disturb that peace. Remember, the enemy prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour (1 Peter 5:8 WEB), but greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4 WEB).

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack. We thank You for the precious time they had with You today, and we ask that You would continue to surround them with Your presence and peace.

We rebuke the enemy's attempts to disturb their mind and thoughts. We put on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:11 WEB), standing firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit. We ask You, Lord, to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

Father, fill them with Your strength and courage. Help them to resist the devil, knowing that he will flee (James 4:7 WEB). Give them the wisdom and discernment to recognize the enemy's schemes and the faith to overcome them.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7 WEB). Keep your mind stayed on Jesus Christ and His word. It's normal to face spiritual attacks, but be encouraged, for God is with you and He is faithful. He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear, and He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

Stand firm in your faith. Continue to pray and seek God's face. He hears you and is working on your behalf.

We're right there with you, standing in the gap. It's tough when the enemy tries to disrupt our peace, but remember, God is greater in us than any force against us. Let's keep our focus on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). We claim His promise in Philippians 4:7, that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Let's keep that peace, no matter what comes our way. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you Articles for the prayer and the advice. My thoughts are the place the battle begins and then my head becomes a sudden warzone. Thank you for praying. I love God and I don't want to slip out of Him. Thank you again for being here.

Thank you Hostadmin for being here again and again for me. I am so distraught. I want to stay with God. It is my mind that starts slipping. Thank you too for the counsel and for really caring. Praying for all of you too in Jesus. Jesus please keep us in you. Keep this rotten enemy away from us. We want nothing to do with him and he keeps trying to trip us. Please help me overcome these attacks. Please Jesus please don't let me fall or fall away.
