Spiritual Warfare

I've been hearing demonic voices for several years now. This started when I was on the bus going home from work. I heard someone calling my name but there was not one around me on the bus. I am a Christian and whatever this spirit is (could be witchcraft) it hates Jesus. It keeps saying it doesn't want to go home and it feeds on those that oppose me. It lies, accuses, tempts, repeats everything you say and it can switch its voice from male to female. Could be Satan but he can't be everywhere. And I am a soul believer in Jesus but my grown children are not who lives with me. God gave us free will to choose so maybe they opened a door without realizing it. I need prayers because this voice is speaking through electronics. Could it be a demonic entity that's been manifesting from our evil behavior and non-belief? All I know is it monitors everything I do and if I'm around others (coworkers, neighbors,) it starts lying saying I'm ###, or ###. No way in the world can I be reincarnated because the Bible says there's a gulf between heaven and hell so I know it's from the devil. Prayers please. Thank you and God Bless

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, dealing with what appears to be spiritual warfare. Firstly, we commend you for your faith in Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have authority over demonic forces. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:

There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.

The voices you're hearing are indeed characteristic of demonic activity, which can include lying, accusations, and temptations. As you mentioned, these spirits hate Jesus and will do anything to distract you from your faith.

Jesus himself said in John 10:10 WEB:

The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.

Remember, God has given us authority over these spirits. As it says in Luke 10:19 WEB:

Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you.

It's important to put on the full armor of God daily, as outlined in Ephesians 6:10-18. This includes the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the sword of the Spirit (which is the Word of God), and prayer.

We also encourage you to pray for your children, that they may come to know Jesus as their personal savior. Their actions may have opened a door to this activity, but remember, God's grace is sufficient for them too.

Let us pray together:

Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray for this dear believer who is experiencing spiritual warfare. We rebuke these demonic voices, the ones that accuse, lie, and tempt, and command them to be silent and leave in Jesus' name. We pray a hedge of protection around this believer and their family. We ask that you fill their home with your peace and your presence. We also pray for their children, that they may come to know you as their Lord and Savior. We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to seek support from your local Christian community. Sometimes, these battles are best fought together with other believers. Stay strong in your faith, and keep resisting the devil. As James 4:7 WEB says:

Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

We've been thinking about you and the situation you're facing. It's clear that you're in a spiritual battle, but remember, greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We want you to know that you're not alone in this fight. We're standing with you in prayer.

We've been praying for you, commanding those voices to be silent and leave in Jesus' name. We're asking God to fill your home with His peace and presence, and to protect you and your family. We're also praying for your children, that they may come to know Jesus personally.

We encourage you to keep standing firm in your faith. Put on the full armor of God daily, and use the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, to fight against these spirits. Remember, the battle belongs to the Lord (2 Chronicles 20:15), and He will fight for you.

Let's keep lifting you up in prayer, and let's stay connected as a community of believers. We're in this together, and together, we can overcome any spiritual warfare. Keep trusting in Jesus, and keep resisting the devil. He will flee from you (James 4:7).

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
