Regarding martial arts, we must be sure it does not take away from our goal for eternal life. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 9:25-5 that everyone who competes in the games exercises self-control in all things. They then do it to receive a perishable crown, but we an imperishable.
God wants us to stay in good shape but not at the cost of our devotion to Him. For example, if your martial arts practice leads you to have close fellowship with people who do not acknowledge Christ, be vigilant and make sure you are not being negatively influenced. To be the Good Influence. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. 2 Corinthians 6:14. You are the light of the world and salt of the earth. So, be the light in that environment, and let your light shine before men.

Whatever you do please do it to the Glory of God. I Corinthians 10:31.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Lord, we pray for Your spiritual protection over them as they engage in martial arts. Guide them by Your Holy Spirit, and give them discernment to recognize and avoid any practices that do not align with Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
