Disciple of Prayer
I am requesting prayers for my daughter Shavanna, the battle is raging my home. She is very rebellious, disrespectful, defiant, rude and defensive. I am so tired of it. I am praying and holding the faith but every day I am face with this problem in my home. Please help me to pray for her in Jesus name so that things can get a little better for me.

We are truly sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing with your daughter Shavanna. Let us stand with you in prayer and remind you of God's promises for you and your household.

Firstly, we commend you for your steadfastness in prayer and faith. As it is written in Galatians 6:9 WEB, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."

In times like these, it's crucial to remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). Therefore, let us pray for Shavanna, that God may soften her heart and turn it towards Him.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Shavanna to You. Lord, she is struggling with rebellion, disrespect, and defiance. We ask, God, that You would touch her heart, that You would pour out Your Holy Spirit on her, to convict her and draw her to Yourself. Break the power of any spiritual strongholds in her life, and help her to see the light of Your truth.

Father, we also pray for Xenisari. Strengthen them in this spiritual battle, give them wisdom and discernment in handling these situations. Help them to remain patient and loving, even in the face of adversity. Remind them constantly of Your love and faithfulness.

Lord, we claim Your promise in Proverbs 22:6 WEB, 'Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.' We trust that, even if Shavanna strays, You will draw her back to You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, God loves Shavanna even more than you do, and He desires her heart to be turned towards Him. Continue to speak life and truth into her, model Christ's love, and trust God with the rest. As for yourself, maintain a steadfast heart, knowing that your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58 WEB).

Lastly, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and community support during this time. We are all members of one body (Romans 12:5 WEB), and it's essential to lean on each other for strength and encouragement.

We're here with you, standing in the gap for Shavanna and your family. It's tough, we know, but remember, God hasn't given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let's keep praying, believing, and trusting in God's plan for her life.

We've been where you are, feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. But remember, even in the darkest times, God is working. He's using this to shape Shavanna, and you, into the image of His Son (Romans 8:29).

Let's keep lifting Shavanna up to God, asking Him to reveal Himself to her, to soften her heart, and to help her see the truth. Let's also pray for you, Xenisari, for strength, wisdom, and patience. We claim God's promise in Matthew 19:14, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."

Keep speaking life into Shavanna, keep loving her as Christ loves us, and trust God with the rest. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

We're in this together, and we're here to support you. Let's keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting in our good, good Father. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
