Spirit of wisdom coming down from heaven.

Jesus alone can give is this wonderful gift, because it is divine, it is heavenly. This wonderful gift help us to penetrate divine truth and prepare us for the coming of the Lord. Be watchful, be ready, the Son of Man shall come like a thief in the night.

Thou gavest also Thy Good Spírit to instruct them and witheldest not Thy manna from their mouth, and gavest water for their thrist.
Nehemiah 9.20

The Lord our God sends wisdom and understanding to those who are faithful and true to His word.

Spirit of the living God.
Mighty and holy Thou art.
Teach us to live as Thou art.
Holy and pure in Thy sight.
Give us the spirit of wisdom
We need it right away.
To walk in the steps of Jesus.
Full of love and mercy.
Help us to remain in the narrow way.
To the left or to right,
Never ever to stray.
May our eyes be on You alone.

And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon Him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might. The Spirit of knowledge and of fear of the Lord.
Isa. 11.2

The Lord our God sends wisdom and understanding to those who are faithful and true to His word.

Let’s remember that the Bible teaches we receive wisdom as a GIFT, and that gift is granted by asking in prayer and receiving because God wants us to be like Him since we are supposed to image God (look like Him, represent Him).

“Now if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask from God, the One giving generously to all and not finding fault, and it will be given to him” (James 1:5).

“I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better” (Eph 1:17).

“For the LORD gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding (Prov 2:6).”

It really does NOT teach he gives only to those who obey His Word. How can people obey God correctly if they don’t understand Him or His ways?

“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding” (Prov 4:7).
