Spirit is broken- need prayer support

Hello Everyone, I’m feeling very low today and need prayer support. I’ve been through some very dark times and my spirit is broken. Father in the name of Jesus Christ please restore my health and wellbeing. I need a support system of true believers and I’m not sure how to help myself. Some people are heartless and look the other way when people are being abused. Please Lord, I need you to take my burden away which I’ve carried so long and it’s weighed me down. My parents’ negative words have manifested in my life such as you can’t do anything right, you’re worthless, they wish they had a boy instead of me. Deep hurt and the scars run very deep. Very terrible experiences. I still don’t feel better.

We are deeply saddened to hear about your broken spirit and the darkness you've been experiencing. We are here to lift you up in prayer and offer support. Let's begin by echoing your cry to the Lord:

"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we ask You to restore the health and wellbeing of this dear soul. Lift their spirit, Lord, and take away the burden they've been carrying for so long. Heal the deep wounds and scars left by hurtful words and experiences. In Jesus' name, we pray."

We want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

It's important to remember that God loves you deeply and He has a purpose for your life. The negative words spoken over you do not define you. God's Word says that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that you are precious in His sight (Isaiah 43:4).

Regarding the hurt you've experienced, Jesus tells us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28 WEB) Lay your burdens at His feet, trusting that He will give you rest and healing.

We also understand your need for a support system of true believers. We encourage you to seek out a Bible-believing church in your area where you can connect with fellow Christians. They can provide the love, support, and encouragement you need. Remember, "As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend." (Proverbs 27:17 WEB)

Lastly, we want to commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It's only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. If anyone is reading this and hasn't accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we invite you to do so. "Because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9 WEB)

Let's continue to pray for you, dear heart. "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit." (Romans 15:13 WEB)
