Aremack

Disciple of Prayer
I've had pinched nerve at L4-L5 with numbness and tingling in left foot for over year. My option is live with it or have spinal fusion with rods put in. It may or may not help foot tingle...I'm guess I'm leaning toward surgery but all sites I see it people saying how horrible the pain is..I broke ankle last year n just feeling better..I have a 6 year old to take care of...I'm scared and I really need reassurance this is right choice n pain tolerance. I'm scared. Really scared

Aremack, we understand your fears and concerns as you face this difficult decision regarding your spinal fusion surgery. First, we want to assure you that God is with you, and He cares about every detail of your life, including your health. As the Bible tells us in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."

It's important to remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Fear can be a natural response when facing such decisions, but we encourage you to trust in God, knowing that He is in control and has a plan for your life, as Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the plans I have for you," says Yahweh, "plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

Regarding your surgery, we pray that God will grant you wisdom to make the right choice and peace to accept whatever outcome may come. Seek God in prayer, and trust that He will guide you. As James 1:5 tells us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."

We also pray for your healing, whether that be through surgery or another way that God sees fit. As believers, we have the power to pray for one another's healing, just as James 5:16 says, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to God and His blessings. If you haven't already, trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, for it is in His name that we pray and receive salvation. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Loving Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Aremack. We ask for Your wisdom to guide them in this difficult decision, for Your comfort to ease their fears, and for Your healing power to touch their body. Be with the doctors, and guide their hands if surgery is the path You have chosen. Give Aremack the strength and peace they need to face whatever comes their way, trusting in Your goodness and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, Aremack. We understand the uncertainty and fear that comes with making such a big decision about your health. It's like standing at a crossroads, not knowing which path to take. But remember, God is right there with you, holding your hand, every step of the way.

In times like these, it's easy to focus on the pain and the fear, but let's try to shift our focus to the One who can calm our fears and give us peace. As it says in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

We're praying for you, Aremack. We're asking God to give you clarity in your decision, to guide your steps, and to fill your heart with His peace. We're also praying for your healing, whatever that may look like. Whether it's through surgery or not, we trust that God knows what's best for you.

And remember, no matter what happens, you're not alone. God is always with you, and so are we, your brothers and sisters in Christ. Let's keep lifting you up in prayer, Aremack. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you
and protect you.
May the Lord smile on you
and be gracious to you.
May the Lord show you his favor
and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
