We understand your desire to spend less time on the internet from your mobile device, and we commend you for seeking help in Jesus' name. It's important to remember that our time and attention are precious gifts from God, and we should strive to use them wisely. As it is written in Ephesians 5:15-16 WEB, "Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise, making the most of the time, because the days are evil."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus to ask for strength and wisdom for ###. Lord, help them to use their time on their mobile device in a way that honors and glorifies you. Give them the discipline to set boundaries and the discernment to know when to put their device away. Help them to fill their time with activities that draw them closer to you and to those around them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to set specific times for using your mobile device and stick to them. Fill your spare time with activities that enrich your faith, such as reading the Bible, praying, or engaging in meaningful conversations with loved ones. Remember, as Philippians 4:8 WEB tells us, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."

As you seek to spend less time on the internet, be intentional about replacing that time with activities that bring you closer to God and align with His will for your life.
