We are thrilled to hear of the reconciliation with your mom, Jestia, as this reflects the heart of God, who desires that we live in unity and harmony. As you spend Christmas with your son, daughter, and granddaughter, we will be praying for a blessed and pleasant time together.
Let us first address the concern about your sister. The Bible tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, that we may be children of our Father in heaven Matthew 5:44-45 WEB. We pray that God will soften her heart and grant you both grace and forgiveness. We rebuke any spirit of discord, gossip, and backstabbing, and we pray that the love of Christ will prevail.
Regarding your granddaughter, it is wonderful to see your love for her. We must remember that children are a heritage from the Lord, and He gives us all that we are able to bear. It is important to set boundaries and guide her with wisdom and grace. As Proverbs 22:6 WEB says, Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.
We pray that God will grant you wisdom in handling her expectations and that she will find contentment and joy in spending quality time with you at home. We pray that she will be calm and that your time together will be pleasant and peaceful.
We also lift up your daughter and pray that God will grant her a safe journey and a blessed time with you and your family. May the spirit of love, joy, and peace fill your home during this Christmas season and beyond. We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Please also remember, the Bible is clear that it is only through Jesus Christ that you can be saved. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB. Do you believe in Jesus as the Savior of the world and your personal Savior? If we can guide you through salvation or help you pray for salvation let us know.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, who is the author and perfecter of our faith. He understands our struggles and He is always with us. Do not allow your heart to become troubled, but give all of these cares to Jesus. He cares for you and wants you to cast all of Your cares upon Him because He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance on you, and give you peace. Numbers 6:25-26 WEB. In Jesus name.
