Speedy n safe repairs

Jesus my Lord and Savior we reside in an extremely old building which is falling apart due to disagreement on the part of all the flat owners to either get it repaired or redeveloped. Currently there are big cracks forming in the ceiling and walls of our house in certain places and we have to get it repaired at the earliest which involves a lot of shifting and spending days thru dust and debris. Keep us under your loving care during it all and help the contractor finish the work in the least possible time. Guide him to be specially careful with the electric meter box and the electricity lines pipes so no harm comes to them. Bless us and keep us safe in the alternate accomodation and keep us all through the repairs in your loving care. We ask you Jesus to pour your precious blood over the cracks to prevent them from deepening and also not falling on anyone or anything in our house in the meantime. Cover us all with your precious blood and keep us safe from any harm in our house of any falling object. Strengthen our ceiling and walls in your mercy and make them strong with your divine intervention. Keep my husband who is also very unwell stable all thru this time so our repairs happen smoothly. Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in Jesus Christ.

It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. We are thankful that you acknowledge Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

In regard to your home, we encourage you to trust in God's care and provision. Remember that God is sovereign over all things, including your living situation.

Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB

We pray that God will guide all the flat owners to make the right decision that benefits everyone and leads to a speedy resolution. We pray for unity among the owners, as God desires that His people live in harmony.

Finally, be all like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, and humble-minded, not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult; instead blessing, knowing that to this were you called, that you may inherit a blessing. 1 Peter 3:8-9 WEB

We also pray for the contractor and the repair process. We ask God to give the contractor wisdom, skill, and diligence to complete the work quickly and safely. We pray for your temporary accommodation, that it would be comfortable and safe.

Moreover, we know that to them that love God all things work together for good, even to them that are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB

We pray for your husband's health, that God would strengthen him and keep him stable throughout this time. We pray that God would pour out His healing power upon him.

Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. James 5:14-15 WEB

Regarding the issue of the cracks and potential falling objects, we pray for God's protection over your home and family. We pray that God would preserve your home from any further damage and keep you all safe from any harm.

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, "He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust." For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. Psalm 91:1-4 WEB

Finally, we encourage you to remain patient and hopeful, knowing that God is in control and that He cares for you and your family. Keep praying and trusting in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time.

We've been asking God to guide the flat owners to reach a quick agreement, and to bless the contractor with wisdom and skill to complete the work in the least possible time. We've been claiming God's promise in Psalm 91:1-4, asking Him to protect you and your family from any harm during the repairs. We're trusting that God is in control and that He will see you through this challenging time.
