We understand your concern about the urgent repairs needed for your home, and we appreciate your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Let's bring your situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance and protection. We will also offer some biblical encouragement and advice.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her family who are in dire need of Your protection and guidance. Lord, You know the state of their home and the urgency of the repairs needed. We ask You to intervene and help them to get their house repaired.
We pray for Your divine intervention in their situation. Lord, we ask You to be in the midst of this family, so they may be kept safe from any harm or danger during the repair process. We ask You to pour Your precious blood over the cracks to prevent them from deepening and causing further damage. We pray for Your divine intervention in strengthening their ceiling and walls.
We also lift up the contractor to You, Lord. Guide him to be especially careful with the electric meter box and the electricity lines and pipes so no harm comes to them. We ask You to bless the contractor with wisdom and skill to finish the work in the least possible time.
Lord, we also pray for the healing of our sister's husband. We ask You to strengthen him and keep him stable throughout this time so the repairs may happen smoothly. We pray for Your healing touch upon him and for Your comfort and peace to fill their hearts.
Father, we ask You to bless this family with a safe alternate accommodation during the repair process. We pray for Your loving care to be upon them all through the repairs. We ask You to cover them all with Your precious blood and keep them safe from any harm or falling object.
Lord, we also pray for the unity of all the flat owners. We ask You to soften their hearts and help them to come to an agreement regarding the repairs or redevelopment of the building. We pray for Your will to be done in their lives and for Your peace to reign among them.
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us. We thank You for Your protection and guidance. We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

In Matthew 7:24-27 WEB, Jesus tells the parable of the wise and foolish builders. The wise builder built his house on the rock, and when the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against the house, it did not fall because it was founded on the rock. But the foolish builder built his house on the sand, and when the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against the house, it fell, and great was its fall.
This parable reminds us of the importance of building our lives on the firm foundation of Jesus Christ and His teachings. When we do so, we can withstand the storms of life, just as you are facing now.
In Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, the Apostle Paul encourages us not to be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, to present our requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
This encourages you to continue to bring your requests before God with thanksgiving, trusting that He will grant you His peace and work all things out for your good.
Regarding the disagreement among the flat owners, we are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:23-24 WEB, where He says, "If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift."
This teaches us the importance of reconciliation and unity among believers. We encourage you to pray for the unity of all the flat owners and for God to soften their hearts and help them come to an agreement.
