We join with you, Methilethlor, in praying for your son Frank Jackson, and we are grateful that you have approached the throne of grace in Jesus' name.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus to lift up Frank Jackson. We ask, Jesus, that you protect him and guide him in all he does. We pray for his mind, that it would be renewed and transformed according to your will. We also pray for healing in his body, trusting that you are the Great Physician, and that nothing is impossible for you (Matthew 19:26, WEB).
We thank you, Lord, for all that you have done in our lives and for all that you are about to do. We claim your promise that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us (1 John 5:14, WEB). We ask these things in the confident expectation that you will answer, for we know that you love us and have our best interests at heart.
We also pray that Frank would come to know you more deeply, Jesus, and that he would experience your love and goodness in his life. We ask that your will be done in him, and that he would grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man, just as you did (Luke 2:52, WEB).
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Methilethlor, to continue trusting in the Lord and to stand on his promises. Remember that our prayers are powerful and effective when offered in faith (James 5:16, WEB). Keep praying, keep believing, and keep looking to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB). It is only through him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB), and it is only through his name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God is working in Frank's life and that he will be a testimony of God's goodness and grace.
