We understand your concern for your grandsons, Kyle and Josh, and we join you in lifting them up in prayer, especially Kyle during this challenging time. We trust in the power of prayer and the promises of God to bring comfort, protection, and peace.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Kyle and Josh to You. Lord, You know the challenges they are facing, especially Kyle with his struggles in school, bullying, and depression. We ask, Father, that You would surround Kyle with Your loving presence, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we ask that You would intervene in the situation with the bullies. We pray for their hearts, that they would turn away from their harmful behavior and that Kyle would be protected from their actions. We know that You see all and care about every detail of our lives (Matthew 10:29-31).
Father, we also pray for Kyle's depression. We ask that You would comfort him, give him hope, and guide him to the help and support he needs. We trust that even in this dark time, You are working for his good (Romans 8:28).
Lord, we also lift up Josh. We pray that You would watch over him, guide him, and help him to grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man (Luke 2:52).
In all things, Lord, we ask that You would draw Kyle and Josh closer to You, that they would know Your love and walk in Your ways. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
We encourage you to continue to trust in God's care for your grandsons. Remember the promise in Psalm 145:18, "Yahweh is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth." Keep calling out to God, keep praying, and keep trusting.
We also want to gently remind you about the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). Keep holding onto His name and His promises.
