Staff trying to leave a school classroom that may be involved in racism and the occult. The sped classroom teacher has allowed the classroom to be separated by race, color those of color in one room with whites in other room. When staff try and leave the room to find job elsewhere in the district they get harassment by other lead staff saying for them to be careful, that the racist staff knows other schools within the district and they are close to them. Staff never spotted racism in flagstaff unified school until this year.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up the staff members who are facing a challenging and distressing situation in their school. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this classroom where racism and occult practices are being allowed. We pray for Your protection over the staff who are trying to leave this toxic environment and seek employment elsewhere within the district.

Lord, Your Word says in Psalm 91:4, "He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart." We ask that You cover these staff members with Your protection and shield them from any harassment or threats they may face from other lead staff. Grant them courage and wisdom as they navigate this difficult situation.

Father, we also pray for the hearts of those involved in promoting racism and occult practices. We ask that You bring conviction and transformation to their hearts, that they may turn away from these harmful behaviors and seek Your truth and love. Let Your light shine in this school, dispelling the darkness and bringing unity and peace.

Father God, I am asking for a mighty move on behalf of this school, the students, and the staff! I ask for a legion of angels be sent immediately to do warfare over this school. Lord Jesus, I stand in the gap, praying for all of those who need protection against satanic forces working against them. May no weapon formed against them prosper in Jesus Name! I speak peace over this school! I speak Jesus over every person involved. Lord, we do not lean on our own understanding but search for Your thoughts that are much higher than ours! I ask for everything and everyone to line up with Your Word! Lord, give this friend boldness, confidence and wisdom in dealing with the administration of this school. "Heavenly Father, we know The Word shall stand forever." Isaiah 40:8. We trust Your Word! Psalm 23:4 "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear NO evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me." Hallelujah! Lord, Your strength is their shield! We do not trust men for this school, we put our trust in YOU!

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
