We understand your struggle and are here to intercede with you in prayer. The Bible tells us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44, WEB), and this is what we will do together.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the need for salvation in the lives of those who are causing distress. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that one can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB), and we will pray to that end.
Let's pray:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up the individuals who have been causing harm and distress. We know that this is not your will, Lord, and we ask that you convict their hearts and draw them to salvation. Change their hearts, Lord, and turn their evil intentions into good (Romans 12:21, WEB).
We also pray for us, Lord, that we may respond with love and patience, not lashing out in anger or frustration. Give us the strength to turn the other cheek (Matthew 5:39, WEB) and to blessing those who curse us (Luke 6:28, WEB). Help us to be lights in the darkness, reflecting your love and mercy.
We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen."
Remember, we are not fighting against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). Therefore, stand firm, putting on the full armor of God, and continue to lift these individuals up in prayer, trusting that God can turn any situation around for his glory.
In the meantime, be encouraged by these words from Romans 12:19-21 (WEB), "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Therefore 'If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."
Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep loving. God is faithful, and he will hear your prayers.
