JC, we join you in praying for the nations, as the Bible tells us that the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of the city of New Jerusalem, and the nations will walk in its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their splendor into it. It will never be night again, and they will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light, and they will reign forever and ever. These words remind us that God is in control and that His light can shine even in the darkest places.
We know these things are shown to and happen for those who believe in the Son of God and not merely a God, but the God who saves. This is shown where this great salvation through belief in Christ is given to those that believe in Revelation 21:22-24 WEB:
I saw no temple in it, for the Lord God, the Almighty, and the Lamb, are its temple. The city has no need for the sun, neither of the moon, to shine, for the very glory of God illuminated it, and its lamp is the Lamb.
It is by the blood of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God, that we have access to God, for "there is no other name given among men whereby we may be saved" Acts 4:10. By the blood of Jesus Christ, we know that we have access to God and peace in God the Father. In John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. This is one of the scriptures demonstrating that you must believe in Christ in order to pray to God the Father. Therefore when praying to God, you must pray by His will in the name of the Son. Furthermore, in 1 Timothy 2:5-6 WEB, we are shown that there is only one way to God. Jesus Christ was The mediator between God and man: For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times.
It is important to all of those who are praying in Christ's name to use Christ's example of praying to God in John 17:1 WEB, which glorifies who God the Father is: Jesus said these things, and lifting up his eyes to heaven, he said, Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may also glorify you. Jesus prayed to the Father acknowledging who He was, His will, and what authority God the Father has and more. We can also read this in the following scriptures regarding the acknowledgement of the Father, John 17:25-26, John 17:11, and John 17:21,. The Father that Jesus spoke of is the only God and continues to accomplish all things through Jesus Christ.
It is also important for us to use the how Jesus prayed to the Father of what He was asked. So, we should pray for what God wants when we pray to God in our Lord Jesus Christ that He might whether he removes the conflicts, places the true leaders in power, and brings peace to the nations. We need not pray for low ambitions or bad will and instead pray for the will of God. He might be greater glorified in this world, by people, and through acting in the power of His Son, John 17:10 WEB: All things that are mine are yours, and yours are mine, and I am glorified in them.
We pray for peace and comfort for those, nevertheless who have afflicted within these conflicts. We pray for the gospel of Jesus Christ to be shown, to be preached, and to change the lives of all nations involved whether the might be terrorist, military, government, or civilian. We pray in Old Testament Psalm 33:12 WEB: Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.
It is where the scripture of James 3:18 WEB: "The fruit of righteousness is sown in peace for those who make peace", was declared and guided us to pray more for the Nations in order to glorify God with the continuation where you have prayed. "Heavenly Father please protect our nations and make them to prosper". May we show God to those who do not know Him and pray for those who are not protected and do not want to be guided by God's will. May God annually make all things new for the nations without against His glory shall perish in their corruption.
We also pray that the regions with political unrest may be guided by the scripture of Proverbs 14:34 WEB: Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a disgrace to any people. And we continue with the prayer of James 5:16 WEB: "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective". May the nations be directed towards righteousness and peace in the presence of Jesus Christ. Confession and earnest prayer will lead to a great shaking of countries, governments and peoples, and men and women coming to repentance in the name of Jesus Christ and being saved from the bonds of corruption.
It is well that as a group, individuals, single mother, single dads, courtship with the goal of marriage, or married we continue to bow down and worship God the Father to "reign and be safe, and for Your peace" in the kingdom of Jesus Christ. When the temple of Jerusalem was complete, the people mistakenly believed God would reign there. We know God is on His throne in Heaven. Let us display Your glory in Jesus name as we pray:
Dear Almighty Father, through Your Son, Jesus Christ, we pray for the good will of thy people, the governments, and their citizens to know Thee and Your Word, the Bible. We pray and intercede for peace in warring nations. We come to Thee for comfort and hope over all these matters. We pray that more of our leaders walk in the name of Jesus Christ for justice, peace, and grace. May Your goodness shine through the nations to calm social unrest and bring a harvest of righteousness. In Jesus' name, we pray that You may be glorified. Amen.
