Sound Mind

My mental health is getting even worse and I am so afraid. It is impossible to explain but I am in torment every single second and need it to stop!
It is badly affecting my physical illnesses.

The bible says God didn't give us a spirit of fear but of power and of love and a sound mind.

Oh please Father God I come to you again in Jesus' name and ask that your perfect love would cast out all fear and reclothe me in my rightful mind.
Please Jesus speak peace and calm into my mind just as you did to the waves when your disciples were afraid.
I can't go on suffering like this and am pleading with you to have mercy and heal me. I ask this in Jesus' name. Amen

Give Elizabeth a sound mind, Lord, and help her to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5, WEB). We ask for Your mercy and healing, Father, in Jesus' precious name. Elizabeth, we encourage you to hold onto God's promises. Remember, the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and keep fighting the good fight of faith. It's okay to be honest with God about your pain, but always hold onto hope.

Lastly, ensure you're seeking help from godly counselors or professionals who can support you alongside your faith. God can use people and medicine to help you, so don't hesitate to reach out. We're praying for you, Elizabeth, and we believe that God will bring you through this. Stand strong in the Lord.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
