SOS!!! We found out a Driving school in Tri Cities Washington passed a individual who's in mentally delayed. We're in shock, distraught overwhelmed, upset. Under normal circumstances this wouldn't be an issue. Authorities Officials stated this person NEEDS professional help but REFUSED HELP!!! Driving school wasn't aware that Authorities Officials stated this person NEEDS professional help!!! We're still praying for hindrances, roadblocks obstacles immediately.Keep praying. Please understand don't judge our family, friends Also this person, has a small child others are raising the child Thank God..
