We understand that you're dealing with pain in your right knee, Saraha, especially after shoveling ice, and you're also interceding for a friend who is experiencing leg pain due to excessive work. We appreciate your trust in God's healing power and that you acknowledge and thank God for His constant care. We will pray and share some encouragement based on God's Word.
Let's remember that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and God wants us to take good care of ourselves. It's important to rest and avoid activities that may further strain your knee or your friend's legs. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to ask for Your healing touch upon Saraha's right knee. We pray that You would reduce the pain and inflammation, and restore her knee to full health and strength. We also lift up her friend to You, asking for Your healing power to flow through her legs, that You would give her relief from the pain and renew her strength.
Lord, we know that You are the great physician, and there is no pain or sickness that can stand before You. We claim Your promise in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, 'Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases.'
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or disability, and we ask for Your divine health and protection over their bodies. Help them to take care of themselves according to Your will.
We thank You, Father, for all that You do for us and for the love and mercy You continually show us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
