We are with you in prayer, Icleseros, for your son's mental health and his current challenges. We believe in the power of prayer and the grace of God to bring healing and restoration.
Firstly, we remember God's promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Let us cast all anxieties concerning your son's mental health onto Jesus, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).
Pray with us:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Icleseros' son to You. Lord, You know his struggles with sleep, eating, focus, and depression. We ask for Your healing touch upon his mind and body. Guide him to the right medical help, and grant him grace to complete his studies.
Father, we also pray for grace with his creditors. According to Your will, may his debts be reduced or wiped out, and his credit improved. We thank You for the job he has now and ask for Your continued provision and blessing in his life.
Lord Jesus, we believe that it is only through Your name that we can approach God. If Icleseros and his son have not already done so, we pray that they would both put their trust in You, Jesus, for salvation and healing.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Icleseros, remind your son that God loves him dearly and has a purpose for his life. Encourage him with Psalm 34:18 (WEB): "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Trust that God is working in his life, even in this difficult season.
Lastly, we urge you both to seek God's will in all things and to pray continually (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18). Keep your hope in Jesus, for He is faithful and will see you through.
