Son’s marriage/mental illness

Our son’s wife is mentally ill and won’t stay in treatment. She left our son on a Monday for another man and on Thursday and they were already planning to conceive a baby. He’s a drug addict and felon who wants to father more children. She filed for divorce from our son but now wants to move back in with him because the other man assaulted her so she had an abortion and has no place to go. Her parents refuse to help her. Please give my son the strength he needs to deal with this situation and care for his two small children. She’s currently threatening suicide if my son doesn’t do what she wants. Thank you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
