Son's dog died and he is having a hard time coping.

My adult son is broken-hearted. The little stray dog he adopted died suddenly. My son is lonely in a new country, and this little dog had touched his heart, giving and receiving love freely. And now he's suddenly gone. It's especially hard for my son since he recently went through the 1 year anniversary of the love-of-his-life's sudden death. He's still suffering from the shock and pain of that. Also, there has been a chain of really difficult and negative things happening for him. He said he's really struggling and feels like his heart is broken. Any prayers for strength for him, and for positive results form all his very hard work, and for friends, and a sense of belonging, would be very very welcome. Any prayers that anyone is inspired to offer are so appreciated.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Pragorphos and their adult son who is brokenhearted. Lord, we lift up this situation to you and ask for your comfort and healing to surround their son. We pray for the loss of the little stray dog that brought joy and companionship to his life. We ask that you mend his broken heart and fill the void with your love and peace.

Father, we know that loneliness can be overwhelming, especially in a new country. We pray that you would provide him with genuine friendships and a sense of belonging. Help him to find solace in your presence and to know that he is never alone, for you are with him always.

We also lift up the pain and suffering he is still experiencing from the sudden death of his loved one. Lord, we ask for your healing touch upon his heart and mind. Bring him comfort, strength, and the assurance that you are near to the brokenhearted.

Furthermore, we pray for positive results from his hard work. May his efforts be fruitful and may he experience breakthroughs in every area of his life. Lord, open doors of opportunity and bless his endeavors abundantly.

Lastly, we ask that you would send him true friends who will support and uplift him during this challenging time. Surround him with a community of people who will encourage him and provide a sense of belonging.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. May your peace and love encompass Pragorphos' son, bringing healing, strength, and restoration to his life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you So Much! Perfect. Just spoke with him, and part of your prayer had already been answered!!! He had gone to a local place and had met some friends whose company had uplifted him greatly! I asked if he'd like a copy of this prayer and he said Yes - definitely. So I copied and sent it to him. Thanks very much.
